Eurhotel - Florence

The staff here were so friendly and always ready to help out. Loved the double room - it had everything you needed like central heating, a work desk, and a TV with satellite channels. 🌟.

The room is nice and with its own balcony and climate control.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, we are looking forward to returning; our quadruple room had great amenities like central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table.

Staff was very friendly, reday to help, full of information that we needed and ready to share them with us as long as we asked. This goes especialy toreceptionist Frederico, who was of utmost help (best regards to him). Other than that, the hotel has climatized rooms, fairly good breakfast (included in the price). The only downside of the hotel is the distance from the center of the city, which is easily overcomed by good bus links and detailed explanation from the staff where to find the bus stops and the time table. All in one - it is very good value for the money, good choice for short stay to visit Florence. I reccommend it. Zoran Jachev

Nice overall experience. Reasonably spacious and huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed and hypo-allergenic pillows. Location very close to a train station on Apple maps, football stadium and airport. Good choice of food options relatively close to the venue.

Convenient spot for a quick overnight stay. the staff here is super nice and pays attention to the little things. It's a breeze to reach from the airport, just half a kilometer away. Great place to kick back on a break. 🌟.

Wonderful hotel, functional rooms, the staff was responsive! The location was good and magnificent as for me. I had coffee at Saida - Pasticceria Gelateria, located within 10 minutes walk.

only easy access to the Bus station , However near by there is plenty nicer hotels in much better conditions .

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming; our double room was comfortable and equipped with air conditioning.

Amazingly noisy. The bar area was right next to our room and the noise from people partying and the music was ridiculously loud considering it is a motel! It did seem to stop around midnight but I'm sure the young couple with a small child who checked in just after us would not have been too happy about the noise. Unless it masked a crying child from the rest of the guests maybe?

The location of this place is great, it's very close to a bus stop and downtown, and the Novoli - San Donato district is definitely worth checking out.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Location good for catching bus into Florence central. Easy access to motorways. Very good value for money.

Bathroom is typical European..small.

Staff was very friendly and helpful hints about how to get around the city. They placed bottles in the refrigerator for us to keep cool. The location of the hotel was good, close to the autostrada and close enough to the downtown area by bus. FREE [parking was a bonus

The rooms were very small. Difficult to leave a suitcase open to access our clothes. We were there for five days. The shower in the bathrooms-both rooms leaked water onto the floor. NO caulking around the bottom rail and the drains didn't seem to be working. We advised the desk but no change. Some of the lights did not work or the lght bulb was burned out. On the Sunday, no one cleaned either room-just provided fresh towels. Towels are not of good quality. Had to buy our own in Florence. Bedspread was very dirty and had stains
